100 days later
A moment for celebration and reflection
Today is 100 days since I started sharing my observations. The first one started with talking about the blank page syndrome. The post where I said to myself, let’s commit to this. Putting what I notice into words and sharing it with others.
A simple plan executed. 10 blog posts created. Some were part of the initial idea list. For some, the observation appeared along the way.
Along with the blog, a fortnightly publishing schedule on LinkedIn. More than six thousand impressions and over 150 engagements. Then there are the conversations with people who read, didn’t interact, and wondered why I was sharing when we caught up in person.
Looking back, I focus only on The Right Amount.
Why does a milestone number make it worth celebrating? Why is it any different to 99 days? Why is it still so hard to hit publish, even after this time? Why am I posting this? Why did I feel compelled to create this blog from scratch and start sharing my ideas?
What if I started sharing some personal reflection on the observations? What if other people do enjoy reading these observations? What if the observations continue, and there are underlying themes worth exploring?
How about I hit publish anyway? Then see what happens next.
