What does good look like?
An open question that provides clarity on a task. The difference between whether to finish and complete a task.
A document is done when it is finished. It is also done when it is completed. Same outcome. Different effort and standard.
Much like that morning gym workout. Sometimes it gets finished, sometimes it gets completed.
Finished is easy. Completed is harder.
